Hello! I am currently writing this from the air. I’m flying home from girls’ weekend in Cabo!  I have a lot to catch up on when I get home. I can’t wait to hug my family and snuggle my cats.

  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things
  • paint nails
  • do a hair treatment
  • clean house + phone a friend
  • use my diffuser
  • steam facial
  • take vitamins
