TVS has revived Norton and the fabled marque’s all-new Manx and Atlas models will be coming to showrooms in major global markets – including India – in the first half of next year. While some of these will be dedicated to retailing Norton bikes exclusively, many will also have a few premium TVS bikes and scooters sharing space with the British-badged bikes.
- Norton to have ‘over 200’ showrooms across major global markets
- Only top-of-the-line TVS products to be seen in Norton showrooms
- 450cc Norton single-cylinder engine also in development
Norton range to be sold side-by-side with select TVS bikes
Some showrooms will will have top-spec TVS models present, including the TVS X
TVS has revealed that it plans to establish ‘over 200’ Norton dealerships across key global markets like USA, UK, Europe with many of them being in India. While this is sure to take some time, unlike some big bike brands that have a very limited dealer network in India, Norton is likely to have decent showroom strength, given TVS’ giant backing. The company is already in the process of appointing new dealers and we expect to see these new premium dealerships go live in the first few months of 2026.
While some of these showrooms will be exclusive to Nortons in major metro locations, many of them will also feature top-spec TVS models from its lineup like the Apache RTX 300 (and future models based on that platform) as well as the X electric scooter.
Currently, while Norton has four bikes across its two engine platforms – a 585cc twin and 1,200cc V4 – there is a 450cc single-cylinder motor also being developed for a late 2026 debut. The smaller motorcycles will be fully manufactured in India while the V4 models will benefit from the India UK trade deal and will be assembled in Norton’s new facility in Solihull, UK.
